Konnichi wa minna san! Watashi wa Houka Ryuu desu. Dozo yuroshiku. If you do not know Japanese, hover on any part of the Japanese sentence and a screen tip will show what I just said in English.  Actually, that is not my real name. I chose the pseudonym Houka Ryuu because I was born on the Year of the Dragon with Fire as the element of the month I was born. But since I wanted a Japanese username, I chose Houka (Fire) Ryuu (Dragon) instead. Hence the pseudonym Houka Ryuu.

This is the Official Web Site for Dragon Riders of Kreysthahl. Dragon Riders of Kreysthahl is an RPG inspired by Anne McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern series. This web site will contain information that should entice web surfers to join my RPG.

Hey there!  This is your webmistress, Houka Ryuu.  It has been a long while since I last updated the site.  Hence the new and totally cool look of the site.  I am quite in love with the graphics and how it all came out. - 07/19/06

MAJOR PLOT

Throughout the cycles as the Riders turn from heroes into Legends then myths, one Den still survives behind myths and shadows.  The last surviving Queen, Firasth, has clutched fifteen precious glistening eggs during the dead of night.  These eggs harden as days pass and will soon hatch to be Impressed by the fututre Dragon Riders fated to save the planet once more from the dreaded Rain of Ribbon.

 

MINOR PLOT

As Teaching Songs and Ballads regarding the Dragon Riders are scoffed at, discarded and forgotten, some believe that Riders are no more and should be dealt with.  However, most still believe in dragons and Riders though they have fallen into obscurity.  Hence the founding of the Rogue Society behind the darkness under shadows.  Their goal, the eradication of the Riders from the annals of history.  Turning talks and thoughts of Riders to mean heresy and lunacy.
